Kent Winther Jensen works primarily with patents with a specialized focus on patent applications, advice, strategy, infringements and enforcement.
Kent advises Danish and foreign companies on patenting, objections, infringement assessments, patent strategy and litigation.
With a professional background as a civil engineer, Kent advises with specialized expertise in technical chemistry and mechanics.
He has solid experience within the IP community, where he has been active for more than 30 years. Before Kent embarked on a career as a patent attorney, he was for several years employed by the Danish Patent and Trademark Office, where his work consisted, among other things, of assessing patent applications and issuing patents. Kent therefore knows what the authorities particularly focus on when reviewing patent applications.
Through a long career as a patent attorney, Kent holds strong business understanding within many industries, including the wind power, agricultural and oil industries. Here he has assisted many companies in protecting their inventions and commercializing their knowledge.
